Different perspectives. Different specialties. One shared standard.

The Collective brings together artists with distinct styles, specialties and points of view, connected by a shared commitment to thoughtful beauty and an exceptional client experience. Because finding the right artist is just as important as finding the right look.

Our Story

Different artists. Different strengths. One shared standard of care.

The Collective began with something we already knew to be true: the best wedding mornings are created by more than talented hands. They are created by people who know how to work together, care deeply about the experience, and understand that every bride deserves to feel completely looked after.

Our roots in bridal beauty reach back nearly a decade. Many of the artists who make up The Collective spent years serving brides throughout Middle Tennessee through 931 Bridal Co., building their craft, their relationships, and a shared understanding of what it takes to care for a bride and her people on one of the most meaningful days of her life.

When The Collective took shape, we had the opportunity to build on that experience and create something more intentional.

Instead of simply bringing individual artists together under one name, we built a true collective.

Different artists bring different strengths, specialties, personalities, and perspectives. Our job is to bring those talents together thoughtfully and create the right team around each bride, her style, her wedding party, and the way she wants her day to feel.

And while the artistry is important, we believe the experience surrounding it matters just as much. Behind every wedding is a dedicated bridal management team coordinating the details, building the timeline, assembling the artist team, and staying connected with the bride along the way. It means our artists can focus on their craft while our brides can enjoy the experience knowing someone is looking after the details.

The Collective is the next chapter of years spent inside wedding mornings, learning what brides need, what artists need, and how much better the experience can be when everyone works together.

The Suite

A space designed for the moments around the wedding.

Our private bridal suite offers nearly 1,500 square feet created for preparing, gathering and celebrating. Comfortable lounge seating, dedicated makeup stations, an outdoor patio, beverage bar, large television, sound system and ambient lighting create a space that feels relaxed, beautiful and entirely your own.

This is where Bridal Previews become more than an appointment. It is a place to settle in with your artist, talk through your inspiration, refine the details and enjoy the process of creating your wedding day look.

The Suite also gives our brides access to the full Collective experience in one place, including hair, color, extensions, makeup, airbrush tanning, skin services and additional salon offerings throughout the months leading up to the wedding.

Beyond Bridal Previews, The Suite was created for the celebrations that happen along the way — engagement gatherings, bridal showers, girls nights, beauty experiences and wedding mornings can all become part of your bridal season at The Collective.

How We Work Together

Behind every beautiful morning.

A beautifully paced wedding morning begins long before our artists arrive. Our bridal management team considers your services, party size, venue, photography schedule and desired finish time, then builds the artist team and beauty timeline around your day.

For larger parties or more condensed timelines, additional artists are coordinated to make sure every person receives the time and attention they deserve.

You will never be left managing multiple artists, schedules or moving pieces on your own. We bring it all together behind the scenes so your morning can feel calm, organized and centered on the people and moments that matter most.
