What the experience includes.
The Collective Bridal Co. provides a thoughtfully coordinated bridal beauty experience from the months leading up to the wedding through the wedding day itself. Our brides have access to an experienced collective of hair and makeup artists, dedicated bridal management, personalized artist matching, bridal previews, on-location services, pre-wedding beauty services and an approximately 1,500-square-foot private bridal suite. The experience is personal, organized, elevated and calm, with every detail thoughtfully considered beyond hair and makeup alone.

Every wedding is thoughtfully customized around your services, party size, timeline and location. Bridal previews, airbrush tanning, extended artist coverage and beauty experiences throughout your bridal season can be added to create an experience that feels entirely your own.

We recommend reaching out as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed. Popular dates can reserve well in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons.
Your wedding date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and your retainer is received. A 50 percent retainer is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding.
Absolutely. Our artists provide on location bridal hair and makeup throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond. Your artist team is thoughtfully planned around your venue, services, party size and wedding day timeline.
Travel within the first 15 miles from our Columbia location is complimentary. Beyond that distance, travel is calculated round trip at $1.50 per mile. For destinations requiring significant travel, accommodations may also be necessary.
Yes. On location weddings require a minimum of five services. This can include any combination of bridal and wedding party hair and makeup services.
Yes. Larger wedding parties are one of the advantages of working with The Collective. We build your artist team around the number of services and the amount of time available so your morning feels organized, relaxed and beautifully paced.
A Bridal Preview is not required, but we highly recommend it. It gives you time to collaborate with your artists, explore your inspiration and refine your hair and makeup before the wedding day.
Once your wedding date is reserved, our bridal management team will help you schedule your Preview at The Collective. We recommend allowing enough time before the wedding to thoughtfully explore your look without feeling rushed.
Yes. Your experience can begin long before the wedding day. The Collective offers haircuts, color, extensions, styling, facials, skin services, airbrush tanning, makeup and additional beauty services designed around your bridal season.
Yes. Custom airbrush tanning is available for engagement photos, bridal showers, bachelorette celebrations, wedding week and other moments throughout your bridal season.
Yes. An artist can remain with you after the initial getting ready services for touch ups, photography, second looks and additional beauty support. Extended coverage can be added to your bridal experience based on your wedding day needs.
Yes. Our private bridal suite offers approximately 1,500 square feet designed for getting ready, gathering and celebrating. The space includes comfortable lounge seating, dedicated makeup stations, a beverage bar, outdoor patio, television, sound system and ambient lighting, with access to the full salon.
